You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a huge master bathroom and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage. Cozy up around the fireplace in the large living area or have a few beers on the rooftop patio while you take in the amazing city views.

- The master bedroom is equipped with a king.

- 2nd bedroom also has a king bed.

- The loft area in the kitchen has a king as well and might be a little tricky to get to for adults, great for kids & teens.

- There is a queen pullout couch in the living room.

This location can't be beat. The loft is spacious and well appointed. I'm in Denver often. Our group had a great time and I'll totally book this again. Union station was 3 blocks away and those flying took the lite rail to the airport. Super easy.

Great loft in an excellent location in downtown Denver. Very easy process for checking in and great communication from the time I booked it on the app. I’m a first time user of Airbnb and it was a pleasure to have this be my first experience.

Outstanding loft in a great location. A host of another Airbnb property cancelled on my group a week before our trip and David was excellent to work with to secure a spot on late notice. More than enough room for our group of 7. Rooftop patio was a bonus. Great open kitchen/living area with a nice TV. Proximity to Union Station makes it an easy (<5 min) walk from the train station - very convenient when hauling luggage. Would highly recommend and would be my top choice for a return trip to Denver.

This was a perfect apartment a couple blocks from Union Station, so very convenient for those taking the train from the airport. It was a huge space for a group of 7 and the parking space was very helpful. I'd certainly recommend the apartment, and David was very easy to work with for a stress-free & somewhat last minute reservation the week before we arrived. Will definitely be back when in town again!

The location was perfect with all the restaurants & bars in the neighborhood. The space was insanely comfy and very spacious. Great water pressure, modern appliances, comfortable mattresses, garage parking & well equipped & supplied. I will certainly stay there again.

New This place is amazing. Plenty of room to sleep and it's honestly like staying in a mansion. You really don't even know what you're in until you're walking around inside. David was the man. I would live here if he let me lol.

A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 week prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.
