“Since its humble beginnings in 1863, Berkeley's Tennyson Street has continued to grow and to evolve - somehow mastering the perfect balance of casual cool through its shopping, services, attractions, and amenities for Denver visitors and residents alike.

Originally annexed as the Town of North Denver, the Berkeley neighborhood has set the stage for some of Denver's most well known names. Historic giants like Elitch's (Zoological) Gardens, whose original theatre is still located at 38th and Tennyson, helped to create the vibrant cultural landscape unique to the neighborhood and its history. Mary Elitch, the owner of Elitch's Gardens and namesake theatre, had a particular interest in developing the arts and cultural scene in the northwest Denver neighborhood. The popularity of her theatre (the first to screen movies in Denver), zoological and botanical gardens resulted in the rise of the Tennyson street car named the "Berkeley Motor", a bustling track of transportation that serviced and helped grow the population of homeowners and visitors in the neighborhood.

Ian and Lisa's home is everything that the pictures and descriptions reveal and then some. The home is located in a great neighborhood with restaurants and amenities within a short walking distance. The feel is a small town neighborhood where everyone knows each other and is proud to live in the tucked away oasis from the heart of the city. I would recommend this home to anyone and would stay here myself. Despite the busy weekend, the place was very well priced and that they were essentially giving me a deal from everything I got out of the place.

I loved this place! It was very clean, GREAT towels and sheets, and if you want to explore a cute/ hip neighborhood in northwest Denver, this is the place! Easy Lyft ride to bontanical gardens or the zoo, for example.

My entire experience at this beautiful, modern, clean condo was extremely pleasant. I travel to Denver very often for work and this time was in town for a week -- I decided to AirBnB instead of my normal hotel routine and I certainly don't regret it. It was very easy to make myself feel "at home" in this place. The condo is very spacious, yet cozy. The Tennyson Street area is very hip, with lots of cool spots within walking distance. You can even see a couple of the fun bars from the rooftop of the condo. It should be noted that this condo is multistories, so you'll even get a nice leg workout climbing the 3 flights of stairs 🙂 10/10 would recommend and would stay again

Cancellation Policy
Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 week prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.
