This is the main floor of a stacked duplex home. The freshly renovated unit has all new appliances, Victorian touches, handmade decorations, and the original (120-year-old) hardwood floor. The space includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and living space with a large sectional sofa (recliner seat and queen-sized pull out).

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the full downstairs apartment in the home and a shared backyard patio. A stacked washer/dryer are also available for use.

Interaction with Guests
A representative from our rental management company will be there to meet you at the time of check in. If any issues should arise during your stay, they will be available 24/7 to assist you.

This property is just 1.5 blocks from the bus stop with access all over the city, and 1 mile from the Alameda RTD station. Easy access to get on 6th to head out to the mountains or Boulder, and just 2 miles from downtown Denver. A quick 6 block walk or bike ride will get you to Cherry Creek Trail where you can ride/walk to the city or Cherry Creek without crossing traffic. Also 1 mile from the Convention Center!

Evin & Barry were extremely responsive, as was the woman (Sasha) who checked us in. We were able to check-in earlier than expected after a glitch in our travel bookings and had a great stay. The house was adorable, and the neighborhood was so cool and historic. We loved riding the bikes provided and looking at all the cool houses! The house was a great location to walk certain places, a major plus since we didn't have a car. We'll definitely be back and stay at their place again.

Cancellation Policy
Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 week prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.
