The property has 3 decks —perfect for relaxing after a day out or using the fire pit on the roof. This property accommodates up to 6 people: 2 in a bedroom with a pillow top queen mattress, 2 in a bedroom with pillow top full mattress, and 2 on a queen blowup mattress.

Guests will have access to the full property, 2 attached decks, and private rooftop deck.

Myself and mom/dad stayed at Ben's place for my sister's wedding. Nice place convenient to downtown and the stadium. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. 5-10 min to downtown/State Capitol. If it hadn't been winter when we were there, the outdoor space would have been awesome.

Nice, nearly new space walkable to good eats, a grocery store, and even downtown. We spent the week without a car and had no issues. The location is about a 20-25 minute walk to Union Station where we took the light rail to and from the airport. We walked but it would be an cheap Uber ride to and from Union Station. Plenty of good restaurants a 10 minute walk to keep us mixing things up for the week.

First and foremost, I would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family (that's what you all wanted to hear, right?) Ben and his contact associate were extremely easy to communicate with, and getting into the unit was a breeze. We ended up having delayed flights, and got in later than expected, and Ben's contact to get us in was very accommodating. The patios and decks are amazing, with the rooftop patio having a good view of the foothills. The two front porches off the main bed room and living room are quite cozy, and the rooftop patio is set up very well for a relaxing evening around the fire pit. The neighborhood is relatively quite, and easy to walk around in. The close proximity to local bars/food (15min walk) and grocery (sub 5min walk) was a plus. A previous reviewer of this space complained about construction noise from across the street. Worry no more as most work has been completed, and never once did we hear any noise. The unit is perfectly described by Ben in his listing details. There were absolutely no surprises when it came to how the unit looked, and it's layout. About the only negative thing I can say about the unit is, that there are so many light switches that I kinda felt like they needed to be labeled after a beer or two! Really though, this is a very comfortable place to stay, and would be happy to return again.

The home is beautifully maintained and looks same as in the photos. It is a great deal with offered price for 4-5 ppl visiting Denver . The property manager was helpful and easily available even on Thanksgiving day. It is very close to highways and Denver Downtown.
