The large outdoor area is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. There are mattresses for 16 to sleep comfortably in beds or pullouts, but we don’t mind accommodating more on air mattresses.

There are 6 bikes and locks available for use and it’s also easy to rent bikes from Denver B-cycle. This property is just 1.5 blocks from the bus stop with access all over the city, and 1 mile from the Alameda RTD station. Easily access 6th to head out to the mountains or Boulder, and travel just 2 miles to downtown Denver. A quick 6 block walk or bike ride will get you to the Cherry Creek Trail where you can ride/walk to the city or Cherry Creek without crossing traffic. Just 1 mile from the Convention Center!

Beautiful place! Exactly as described. Very cozy and clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Perfect location right down the street from everything. Defiantly recommend you book your stay here! You won't be disappointed.

The upstairs apartment at 450 Delaware street is the coolest Airbnb I've rented! Everything someone could ask for is available for you in the unit. The description is spot on- the location is perfect, and everything has been updated to make this space nicer than home. Not only will I be trying to stay In this particular space again, I will most definitely look at Evin & Barry's Airbnb listings next time I visit Denver, and recommend them to my friends!

We decided on a place in Denver last minute. Booking and check in was quick and stress free. Evin and Barry's home was perfect. Close to great restaurants and shops. Easy access to downtown. We ate at Jelly and Snooze for breakfast and would definitely recommend. Torchy's is an awesome place to eat for lunch or dinner. Walking around and exploring was easy and free. We had a blast and can't wait to come back. Thank you!

Our stay was great. This place offers everything you need. It's spacious, and convenient. Parking was always available and only a 5 minute drive from downtown.

Great communication with the host. The inside is great! I was really impressed. Parking is in back behind the garage for 2 vehicles, 3 if you are tricky. There are great restaurants around if you want to go out; or you can cook a meal at home as there are pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware a plenty. There is a King Sooper less than a mile away. (It's like a Krogers) You'll have a great time, I am sure.

The owners were nice enough to let us check in early (thank you!). The rental is very close to Broadway Street and other top rated places in Denver. The distance to the Airport to the house is approximately 25-30 mins. The house had everything we needed for our stay! Some of our group had never used Airbnb and they definitely loved their first time experience and are wanting to use Airbnb in the future!

Evin and Barry's place was exquisitely placed. Just a 15-30 minute walk to about everything you need to keep you busy and entertained. The Lyft app and discount code helped us get everywhere else around the city at a small cost and without the hassle of renting a car. The apartment itself is basic, but well appropriated with everything you'd need, especially with the kitchen available. I would recommend.
