The modern kitchen has updated appliances and is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook a meal. There are 3 bedrooms and room for 2 cars in the garage, as well as a private washer/dryer. My home is in the perfect location for dining and nightlife—you’ll be right across the street from Highland Tap & Burger and Uncle, and a short walk to Recess, Postino, Linger, and more!

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home and garage, as well as the back patio—the perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. Please be respectful and courteous of neighbors and keep the noise down in the evening.

Interaction with Guests
A representative from our rental management company will be there to meet you at the time of check in. If any issues should arise during your stay, they will be available 24/7 to assist you.

Place was awesome! Amazing location with great restaurants within walking distance. David and his property team made sure our stay was great and when they found out we were having trouble with our wifi they gave us $100 back without us even asking. Would 100% recommend to others!

House was well kept, comfortable, and perfect for a large group of travelers. Close to some of the greatest restaurants Denver has to offer and is very walkable. The 2 car garage is a great amenity since the neighborhood around is mostly 2-hour street parking.

This spot was perfect for my trip to Denver. It's located in the heart of the Highlands and everything we needed was a short walk away. We checked out the Avanti, Tap and Burger, Wooden Spoon, and other great places that were a 5-minute walk down the road. The place is very clean and sneaky huge; we fit ten people with no problem. The garage was great for our rental car. It was nice to not have to worry about street parking. David was extremely helpful throughout the process and responded to all of my questions without delay. I highly recommend this spot for larger groups and will definitely stay again.

Cancellation Policy
Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 week prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.
